Sarah Rosengaertner is an expert on migration and development based in New York.
Rosengaertner has served as a consultant for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research and the United Nations Development Program and was a former adviser for the United Nations Special Representative of the Secretary-General on International Migration, Mr. Peter Sutherland.
